Measurement Matters: State Conversation

You have heard the phrase “You can’t manage what you don’t measure” more times than you can remember. There are countless local efforts to gather meaningful data to help assess recycling and broader waste and material management programs, but did you know there is a national program to help state governments share program performance and best-practice information?

This workshop is an opportunity to learn about the importance of having access to data from a state, regional, and national perspective.
